Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Free on orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate of $5.99.

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control (such as weather or holiday surges).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact support@themodish.shop. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
